Invalcre SMS is a school management system for Zimbabwean schools. It brings enrolment, attendance, fees, classes and grades, messages to parents and reports into one place, so the office, the teachers and the parents all work from the same record of each student instead of paper registers and separate files.
Fees can be paid through Paynow and ZimSwitch, and the school reaches parents by SMS, WhatsApp or email, so a notice gets to a family whether or not it has data. Parents can open a portal to see their child's grades and attendance, and every student is given a unique ID.
It works for a single school or a group of schools, each with its own branding and landing page, and access is set by role so every member of staff sees what their work needs. Invalcre SMS is in beta, and schools can join the beta now.
