Invalcre (Private) Limited is the legal entity referenced throughout these documents.
Important notice
Invalcre (Private) Limited provides software design, development, maintenance support, and, in some cases, publishing assistance for mobile and web applications built for third-party clients.
Some client applications may be submitted to Apple App Store or Google Play using developer accounts, organisation memberships, or publishing infrastructure controlled by Invalcre. Where this happens, Invalcre acts as the technical development and publishing partner only, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Client-owned apps and services
Where an app, website, dashboard, or digital service is developed for a client, that client remains responsible for the underlying business, customer relationship, service delivery, content, promotions, pricing, fulfilment, warranties, consumer communication, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operation of that product.
No assumption of client liability
Invalcre is not automatically liable for the acts, omissions, promises, representations, data handling, support obligations, or contractual performance of businesses whose apps or services are built or published on their behalf.
The appearance of an app under an Invalcre-controlled developer account, publisher profile, or organisation membership does not by itself mean that Invalcre owns, operates, or is legally responsible for that client's business activities.
Privacy, contact, and support
Each client product should provide its own contact information, customer support channel, and privacy documentation where applicable. Users of those products should refer to the contact details, privacy policy, and terms presented inside the relevant app, product listing, onboarding flow, or client website.
Where a client app temporarily references an Invalcre-hosted privacy page, contact route, or publishing profile for technical or operational reasons, that reference should not be interpreted as a transfer of full legal responsibility for the client's business to Invalcre.
Third-party accounts and authentication
If a client app uses authentication, analytics, messaging, payments, maps, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party services, responsibility for those integrations depends on the relevant client agreement and the client's own operational decisions. Invalcre does not guarantee or accept blanket liability for third-party services selected by or used on behalf of a client.
Invalcre-owned products
This notice does not exclude responsibility for products directly owned, operated, and marketed by Invalcre as first-party offerings. Those products remain subject to their own terms, policies, and applicable law.
